This 700,200 square foot building was designed for a distributor of cookware, dishes and kitchen utensils. The warehouse design has 104 exterior loading docks in a "cross-docking" arrangement. The building includes 15,000 square feet of administrative offices, multiple break rooms and toilet rooms for employees.
