Presence Health – 2923 California Avenue

The 8,000 square foot interior build-out features nine consultation/exam rooms. One exam room was oversized so that it can also act as a procedure room. The facility has a distinct, secondary entrance for phlebotomy and x-rays services. The secondary entrance also serves as a "back-door" entrance for staff. The facility includes nurses station, miscellaneous clinic support rooms, conference room, break room and administration offices.
