Executive Place I, II, & III Office Complex

SRA designed a complex of three, speculative, one-story office buildings. The combined area is 216,000 square feet. Each building is constructed of architectural quality precast concrete, steel framing and continuous exterior glass wall system. The buildings are designed to provide a flexible open plan with separate entrance ways for tenants. Each building has a covered, depressed loading dock.
