This four-story, 51,000 square foot speculative medical office building is linked to the existing hospital via two-story, fully enclosed pedestrian bridge. The building lobby and retail space for multiple tenants are found on the first floor. Flexible office spaces are located on floors 2 through 4. The building facade is designed with glass storefront system on the first floor. Ample amounts of face brick were employed to complement the masonry of the existing hospital building. The corner facade is designed with a rounded precast concrete panels and segmented glass to reduce the sharp, aggressive angularity of the intersection.
