This five-story, 296,300 square foot multi-family apartment complex includes 181 dwelling units. The facility also has 285 parking spaces in a two-level, indoor parking garage immediately below the residential apartments. The complex is configured to maximize sunlight from southern exposure into the rooftop garden, below ground swimming pool and apartment units. Included in the building design are a variety of amenities, such as common lounge area with fireplace, kitchen area, fitness center, bicycle room, car wash and dog wash areas.

The building won the 2017 award for CURB APPEAL, Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise category at the 24th Annual CAMME Awards (Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence).
