Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity House

At four stories, this 34,000 square foot residence includes 15 suites with a common room and 3 to 5 bedrooms per suite. The residence also includes study areas, board room, lounge area, cafeteria, kitchen/serving area, computer room and library.

SRA designed the residence to meet the lifestyle and needs of the fraternity members as well as providing an environment for meeting and studying.
