Ashland Retail Building

This one-story, 14,000 square foot retail building is built on Ashland Avenue, a retail thoroughfare with heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The store entrances engage the main street. Parking is placed on the alley side of the building, not the front. The building is clad with composite metal panels, wood paneling, brick veneer and storefront glass window system. The corner entries include a sun shade canopy as part of the storefront window system.
