Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital

SRA worked with the Marianjoy executive team, the Village of Wheaton and Warrenvile Fire Department, and conducted several meetings with client and neighbors to plan out the new three-story, 172,000 sf addition to Marianjoy’s existing heath care facilities. Graphics were prepared to facilitate understanding on the part of the Marianjoy Board of Trustees, and to kick-start fund-raising efforts. SRA participated in interviewing the prospective construction managers, planning of phases and sequence of construction, which ultimately spanned three years.
